Part one, Resume
Meng Fanyun (b. 1967), Ph.D., Male, Han Chinese, graduated from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with the degrees of Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, and Doctor of Arts, in 1989, 1999, and 2003, respectively. From 2003 to 2005, he was engaged in research on Chinese Medicine Resources at the doctoral station of the Beijing Normal University Institute of Natural Medicine and Chinese Medicine Resources. He currently serves as Associate Professor at the Beijing Normal University Resources College, the Institute of Natural Medicine and Chinese Medicine Resources, and the Center for Natural Medicine Engineering, Ministry of Education.
He is a member of the Traditional Chinese Medical Ecology Commission and the Ecological Society of China. Areas of research include Chinese Medicine Resources, authentication Gof Traditional Chinese Medicine / Engineering and Technology for the Wild cultivation of TCM.
